यह Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) Orbital Skill Development Institute द्वारा आयोजित Skill Based Contest / Mega Quiz Challenge में भाग लेने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों पर लागू होते हैं।
1. Contest की प्रकृति
- यह एक Skill-Based Competition है, कोई lottery या gambling activity नहीं।
- विजेताओं का चयन परीक्षा में प्राप्त स्कोर के आधार पर किया जाता है।
- कुछ categories में tie-break लागू हो सकता है।
2. Eligibility
- आयु सीमा: 13–25 वर्ष
- कक्षा 9th या उससे ऊपर के विद्यार्थी
- 18 वर्ष से कम के लिए guardian consent आवश्यक
3. Registration & Payment
- Entry Fee: ₹750 (Non-Refundable)
- Payment UPI के माध्यम से: hmt2cu@okaxis
- Payment के बाद Google Form + Screenshot अनिवार्य
4. Refund Policy
- Entry fee refundable नहीं है
- Duplicate payment का refund 5–7 कार्यदिवस में
5. Exam Rules
- NCERT (Class 6–10) आधारित MCQs
- Cheating पर immediate disqualification
- Exam details WhatsApp / Email से
6. Certificates & Results
- Participation / Merit Certificate
- Digital certificates 7–14 दिनों में
7. Prizes
- Main Prize: Electric Scooty (₹75,000 approx.)
- Prize verification अनिवार्य
8. Data & Privacy
- Data Privacy Policy के अनुसार use होगा
- UPI / Card details store नहीं किए जाते
9. Disqualification
- Fake information
- Fake payment proof
- Unfair practices
10. Limitation of Liability
Contest में भाग लेना आपकी स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी पर है। Technical या network issues के लिए Organizer उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
11. Changes
Organizer किसी भी समय Terms update कर सकता है।
