हमारा उद्देश्य
आज की नौकरी-दुनिया में केवल किताब़ी ज्ञान पर्याप्त नहीं है। Employers practical competence, problem-solving ability और measurable outcomes देखते हैं। यह contest assessment, training और certification को एक structured framework में जोड़ता है।

Scope और सीमाएँ
यह initiative skill assessment और recognition के लिए है। यह किसी सरकारी परीक्षा, job placement program या statutory certification का विकल्प नहीं है।
पारदर्शिता और Ethics
Entry fee, assessment criteria और result process पहले से स्पष्ट रखे जाते हैं। Fairness बनाए रखने के लिए unfair practices पर strict action लिया जाता है।
Data और Privacy
Registration secure third-party tools (जैसे Google Forms) के माध्यम से किया जाता है। Data का उपयोग केवल contest संचालन और communication के लिए होता है।
